Universal Development did a great job of our bathroom refurb and we're really pleased with it. Patrick and his team were a pleasure, always turned up with a smile, were happy to answer any queries we had, took away all the rubbish with them and tidied up at the end of each day. There was a bit of a hiccup with the flooring we'd bought but Patrick was quick to find a solution for us, nothing was too much trouble. They also worked hard to get the job finished before the weekend so that we could have a shower again! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
A fantastic refurbishment which has left us delighted with the result thanks to Patrick, Dave, George and Sophie. We found Universal Development via social media and were impressed with the look of previous work they had completed. Patrick is very professional, punctual and helpful when we requested the original quote.
